Tgi Fridays - Southfield

There was no greeter...The manager was in the kitchen and peeked out to see everyone waiting to be seated and refused to come out until a customer walked to the kitchen and asked why were we being seated. She said there were only 2 servers and stayed in back. Waited 30 minutes before I went to the kitchen and asked to be seated...The Manager never seated us or helped the servers with tables.. When the guy from back finally seated us, the table was not cleaned and the waitress asked us who sat us there...The only silver lining was waitress and the food... They're Management is poor and lazy.

I am not sure how this place stays in business. Everything we got was made very sloppy and dirty

I ordered the whiskey 8 oz.steak medium rare. The 1st steak was well done, the 2nd is rare, there will NOT be a 3rd! The atmosphere is only a 2 because of the soundtrack. Pitiful! Not worth the photo.

It's the baby back ribs and whiskey sauce for me. Always a treat!

We only had to wait five minutes. The service was awesome . All of our food was good. Family of four and we had a awesome time.
