Outback Steakhouse - Southfield

OK I had a not so good experience a couple years ago which kept me away but I'm glad I returned to see if things were better and I must say from the greeter to the waiter to the exit was all good. My coffee was cold and I asked the waiter to just zap it but he made a fresh pot although my order was wrong once i brought it to his attention he corrected the issue immediately so over all my wife and I experience a good one, to the young man that waited on us good job deontae .

Things are more Organized then Before. All the Staff are Friendly and Accommodating. Pick-Up/Delivery: Ready on Time and Neatly Packaged. Great Job! (Five stars will probably be my suggestion in the near future!

Steaks were seasoned perfectly. The manager had the curbside service running very smoothly and the young man who helped me out was very good. He was hospitable, knowledgeable, and was on the ball. A lot of customers pulling in and out while I was there and he had it dialed in, great job and thank you.

I had an awesome at this restaurant. We loved the great atmosphere and the food. The staff were super welcoming. I am content we ultimately decided to visit this place.

Menu prices did not correspond to what I was charged. manager said that the system was updated, but they don't have any new menus yet. I still feel like what was printed should have been honored. my waitress was really nice. the food was decent overall. a new app steak dimmer was not good. all decent visit. food: 3/5
