Little Caesars Pizza - Southfield

The staff was rude and left 4 customers waiting for hot n finished pizzas that were already ready to go.

Turn this place off right away. I'm going to come back here online order at 4:30 with a pick-up time of 4:51-4:56 I'm coming around 5 and was told my order is now in the oven? Excuse me? Dough problems?.

Wash your time here, I ordered a lunch combo was said 5 minutes. Then the useless employees worked more slowly than mikados and was wasted 25 minutes of my 30-minute lunch break and gave me a warm water. New management and employees needed a lot.

Fresh and fast as expected. A piece of Caesars pizza doesn't matter to me. The dough is very delicious.

I called this place over 10 times the prior day to ordering food for our store. No one ever answered the phone. Called at many different times of the day and sometimes 2-3 times in a row. Finally called the day of to place an order for 60 people and I told the supervisor I was going to pay cash. When my driver got there to pick up 18 pizzas and 8 cheese breads he was told they wouldn?t give us the pizza because we were paying in $100 bills. The total was $225 and we took $230 there. We should have been told before going there that they don?t accept $100 bills. I argued with the manager on the phone and he still wouldn?t give us the food or accept cash. Which is illegal and also let a very nice lady use her credit card that we didn?t even know and we gave her the cash. This is the worst experience I have ever had and they allowed 60 people to stay hungry waiting for food. Do not go to this little Cesar?s. Hopefully it was cooked good not sure we will find out soon. This all happened today 7/9/2022. The 60 people that were waiting will all know this story and this little Cesar?s will never get any of our business again. What a shame. This place will not be in business long acting like this. Hope the owner sees this I?m almost tempted to go higher up. Not sure yet. Very disappointed!!!! On top of all of this they didn?t even have our order ready so we had to wait almost an extra 2 hours. I will definitely be contacting corporate. Do not buy pizza here.
