Set 10 minutes nobody even came and took our order this place sucks not recommended

Wait staff Lydia placed the order wrong. Never came back for water refill. Gave me by bill. When I asked about dessert, she appeared to be inconvenienced. No dessert was ordered. Folks at another table requested more coffee, another wait staff person took care of itThe restaurant was not busy, only three tables occupied.

This big will remind you of how Big Boys used to double-decker hamburgers taste like the good old days fresh and hot cooked to perfection ?

I would give one star, but the lady who seated me was super nice. This was a Wednesday afternoon at lunchtime. The main reason I eat at big boy is for the soup and salad bar. However, there was no soup and salad bar today. So I left and went somewhere else. Like most businesses, if the standards are dropped and diminished, then the business will eventually fail. I absolutely refuse to settle when I’m paying. I am the customer and I should be able to get what I want within reason of course. Any other big boy usually has a soup and salad bar out for lunch.

Great service and decent food. I personally think McDonald's is a little better but here you get table service.
