Panera Bread - Southern Pines

The food was tasty and the warm Green Godess sandwich and soup hit the spot on a cold day. It was BUSY, and only 2 self order tablets were in place and working. There was an error in my order, but it wa squick to be corrected (and then we got to keep the mistake as well, as they don't accept food back again). The dining area was under-cared for...missingcup lids, overflowing trasg receptacles, and u wiped table tops, but was likely a reflection of understaffing.

Out of 5 times ordered in the past few months, they managed to miss something every single time. The food is good when it's right, however it is one of the most inconsistent dining experiences loval to Aberdeen.

I've been a regular customer of Panera Bread in Southern Pines since they opened the new location across from Lowe's Hardware. They generally get my order correct, but not today. The Breakfast Sandwich on Ciabatta was on a Brioche bun (not that big a deal), but the scrambled egg was missing, making this more of a bacon and cheese sandwich rather than a Breakfast Sandwich.

50 minute wait in drive thru. Order placed on mobile app. Food was good. Soft drink was awful, watered down from ice melting, since it took so long. Employee at drive thru was nice, doing her best to accommodate. Next time will do curbside pickup or go inside to pick up mobile order.Food: 3/5

Today I ordered this, and got this ? My kids are so disappointed. I realize it’s just a cookie but it’s a $3 cookie.
