Slim Chickens - Southaven

I found my new chicken spot! My kids and I visit on yesterday and we loved it! The tenders were juicy and flavored and also the chicken. I love that there's different sauces and my favorite is the patio porch! The lemonade can be more sweet it was bitter for my taste. My kids really enjoyed it here as it was our first time. But the cashier did not speak and when I asked for a menu she looked confused. But overall very clean and If I may suggest that the waiter or waitress wear gloves while bringing out food because when our food were brought to the table I seen the waiter thumb on the inside of the tray touching our fries and tenders, which I threw away.

I've visited here twice. Had a 3 piece chicken tender combo one time and a chicken sandwich combo another. Although the sandwich was tasty, it still hasn't beat my #1 pick from another restaurant .. Both times my orders were correct, hot and the service was polite and quck! Overall, the tenders are thick and juicy and I really like their different dipping sauce choices. We'll definitely be back

This is the place to go for a nice chicken tender meal. Chicken 's fried perfectly and they 're a good size, plus I 'm a fan of the veriety of sauce options they display on the menu so you don 't have to ask the workers what they have. I 'd try some of the sandwich options or other meals, but if I 'm going here, I know I can 't go wrong with a 'classic meal ' (4 piece chicken tenders).

The service and food are good. I need to try the entire menu before I give 5 stars.

First impressions are always important. Having said that I don?t expect perfection. This was my first time trying Slim Chickens. I went through the drive through ordered One hungry meal and one Cajun ranch sandwich. I get to the window the lady that greeted me was very friendly, with a big smile on her face, I paid and waited. I didn?t have to wait long before she handed me my food. It did not feel like the right order, the bag was very light. So I pulled up looked and sure enough it was wrong. I pulled around, went in, as soon as I got in the door good, the really nice lady who greeted me (again very nice big smile on her face), knew exactly what was wrong, apologized and immediately fixed it. For my inconvenience she offered me a dessert. So even though there was a mistake it was fixed quickly and nicely. The food was (When I got the right order) hot, fresh and very yummy! The staff was again very friendly and helpful. The prices are on the high side. You should definitely give Slim Chickens a try if you?re a chicken fanatic like me.
