Came here after the worst visit ever to the one on EP Blvd. We always get KK when we come to town. I swore I'd never return but this one changed that.

Who ever heard of a donut shop that opens at 10 A.M.? I would love to have a donut every day, but seriously, 10 A.M.? That's just ridiculous.

The donuts we received were stale and dry. The manager handed them to us, clearly aware that they were old and cold. Additionally, a trainee coworker seemed to refuse to engage in conversation, hardly opening her mouth to speak. The manager barely communicated with us as well. Overall, the customer service was very poor, and it seemed like the staff lacked motivation.
