Burger King - Southaven

Burgers king always better with service make my food really fast they wait only 12 minutes

They literally take 30 minutes per order at this place. the workers did not seem to be coordinating with each other because I had 2 different employees who asked for my order. You even forgot that she didn't give me my drink and had to ask me if she gave me my drink or not. I haven't even tried to eat yet, but I already know that I won't be satisfied because it literally took me 40 minutes to get 2 chicken sandwiches here. 5 cars drive away from the Auto-Tru line behind me because this place took so long per order. I lost a lot of business and the worst part is, I saw 3-4 employees working there so I don't even know what she took so long.

Horrible place. 11:10am doors locked and site says dine in open. 2/11/2022. People here are extremely rude and seem extremely lazy. If you can avoid this place and go anywhere else I definitely would. Been here a few times before with the same service manager is even an extreme rude ignorant person. BK you have a lot of people to straighten out or replace here! Please do asap.

Lady at the drive through has an extreme attitude problem!I had a simple question about the menu and she got really upset and short with me and screamed “WE DONT HAVE THAT!” And then proceeded to act offended to the point I just had to drive away.Skip this place, go to bojangles where they are happy to serve you.
