Bidra med feedbackCouldn't find me on any list, took 10mins to sort us out, had to get the confirmation email out twice to show them I booked a tabls, the kitchen then said that we were there for cream tea, and was arguing with the waiter as I'd booked afternoon tea not cream tea so had to get out my email again and take it to the kitchen. Once the food arrived it was another 10 minutes later and my mum had to go up and ask where the unlimited pot of tea was. Turn out to be more stressful for my mum on Mother's Day

Marco Pierre Steakhouse? This place is an absolute joke, They can’t cook a steak. The food was absolutely disgusting. I feel robbed after still being slapped with a £230 bill for food because it wasn’t edible. Starters were fine but really slow service at getting all meals out together. My friend had the sirloin signature steak. He asked for medium rare but was served well done and dry and was sent back. The 2nd was the opposite,raw and freezing cold in the middle. My husband had the mix grill. Well what can I say. A total embarrassment, shrivelled up meat, a dry fried egg that was hard boiled in the middle and a sausage that was so shrivelled and looked like a cheap brand off the no frills shelf at a supermarket. I had an overdone fillet steak, again was meant to be medium was served dry and tasted burnt, served on a soggy piece of sourdough bread!!!! Chips were cold and the green beans were so over cooked they fell apart when I picked them up. Management offered 30% off our bill which we accepted because we get embarrassed complaining but I’m so angry that we still paid for the mains. Management shouldn’t be asking what we wanted to do she should have made the decision instead of putting us on the spot especially when she said she wouldn’t pay for it. The Manager advised that the chef was also cooking for a wedding, so not a dedicated Marco Pierre chef. Very inexperienced and certainly does not match the Marco Pierre brand. AVOID unless you don’t mind throwing money down the drain and have a nice evening spoilt by poor quality food. To the management at Leonardo Grand Royal this needs sorting what an embarrassment to your hotel and business. Your reviews at this restaurant are terrible and as a guest of this hotel and experience I will not be coming back. Don’t make the mistake I did and check trip advisor after the experience!
Lovely restaurant beautiful food superbly cooked. Great staff. We had fillet steaks beautifully cooked, wonderful flavour, quality meat, chips were crisp on the outside fluffy inside For desert I had the fabulous Mr Whites blueberry cheesecake I almost ordered a second.
Mmmmmmm yes well worth the five stars that I gave my vist …after reading some reviews..have to disagree with some reviews…The service and the staff I found them to be very helpful in explaining the menu…
