Bidra med feedbackThe outdoor area was filthy, the man at the counter was rude, the food was subpar, and the milkshakes were bland. As two women, we felt completely ignored and invisible during our visit.
The shisha prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is great. The staff could be more interactive, as we often had to seek them out. Overall, the shisha was good.
I walked into this restaurant hoping to try something new. The staff completely ignored us and were preoccupied with their own conversation, so we had to find a table ourselves. None of the tables had been cleaned after the previous patrons, leaving them with spilled drinks, food crumbs, and sticky patches. Without even sitting down, we decided to leave since none of the staff even acknowledged our presence.
Thursday is always a busy night for us... Scouts for my Son and Cheerleading for my daughter. It was going to be later than usual last week so we ordered through Deliveroo to arrive when we got home from our respective taxi duties. It all arrived fine but the food was raw to the extent a good vet could have got it going again. They tried to blame Deliveroo for picking it up at the wrong restaurant first before then saying that the marinade sometimes makes it look undercooked. I would heartily recommend that you give it a wide berth. You'd be safer eating from the bins out the back of McDonald's... At least they cook it.
I didn't visit the restaurant but I did order via Deliveroo, which interestingly is associated with this page. I ordered two chicken tikka burger meals (came with fries and a can of pepsi. Food arrived and was lovely right up until the point I took another bite and was aware something didn't seem right...I pulled the meat out of my mouth to discover it was raw. I phoned the Aroma Lounge and tried to explain what had happened, this became frustrating when the gentleman on the end of the phone seemed to think I wanted Chicken Tikka Burgers times four as opposed to complaining it was raw. Upon deciding that messaging communication was maybe better and sending the photos I was told that, first, the sauce on the chicken can make it look uncooked! Then that all meat is pre cooked so this would be impossible and lastly that Deliveroo had gone to a different restaurant by mistake and picked up my exact same order. Most importantly,they said, this was not their fault. If they had actually said it was a mistake I would be upset but would understand but a restaurant that is incapable of being accountable for the safety of their customers is one that rates a terrible in my book
