Route 28 Diner - South Yarmouth

This was a small retro dinner in Yarmouth. We wanted a quick breakfast place and googled a few options. We came across this place and it had the mood we were looking for. 1950s retro style. Service was great, super fast, food well cooked. They are under new management. You're doing very well.

We love coming here for breakfast. Delicious pancakes. Always comforting inside. Great staff.

I loved eating, especially at a reasonable price! Although there was a slight waiting time, I fully understood that the restaurant is under new management with only 2 in the kitchen. In addition, the staff is bilingual so that they can meet everyone! I will definitely come here more often

So... what kind of breakfast are you looking for? I just wanted a place to serve a good breakfast. That was my first visit to this place and I got what I came for. It wasn't fantastic. Decor was 50’s themes. There are no tons of seats, but enough for about 10 tables, for groups of four. There is also a single seating area on classic dinner stools. The staff was small, but attentive and very nice. What was refreshing is the portions and the price. They're going away, but not filled. Portions are perfect so you don't get away inconveniently. Prices were more than reasonable. Breakfast was about $28 plus tip for my wife and I. Two Omelets Hash Browns, side of the bacon and side of the cauliflower Homefries and coffee. So if you are looking for a good breakfast at a good price with a friendly staff, then give them a try. The price alone brings me back.
