Bidra med feedbackJust a poorly run business. No matter how profitable they are they could be SO much more successful. Whomever sets their menu/availability of products has no appreciation for customer service. For example: my wife likes a particular Italian salad they serve in their Old Sayb location. They refuse to sell it in South Windsor. I went in Christmas week and they didn 't have pepperoni Stromboli. The lady said no we are not offering that item until next year ! Wait. What??? Place is run like the Soup N is the GM. I stopped going. Good food. Bad business.
Saybrook store has better garlic bread with cheese than south Windsor. No cheese at so Windsor location.
The person working the counter was so helpful, also very pleasant
Have always enjoyed my meals from Pasta Vita however I had the stuffed peppers this week. Absolutely the worst meal I’ve ever had. I needed a steak knife to cut the pepper and after one bite discarded the entire offering. The consistency of the pepper was like shoe leather and the taste was awful. Don’t know if I will purchase there again but will certainly stay away from the stuffed peppers.
Our go to place for prepared food in connecticut. always fresh, delicious options. our favorites: clam chowder (soooo good! ceaser salad, any of the chicken entrees and the lasagne. good portions/prices.
