One of my favorite prets. the personal is amazing, always so happy and smiling and came out of the way to get them out first. I'm always getting my breakfast from you. the only side of this business is the extremely rude manager (dark haired) today morning he cried over the load to a girl who had just made her job by laying the food on the floor. it was not very busy so that he had no right to speak with her in the wise as he did when she was doing her job. he made me and everyone in the waiting queue felt very comfortable and to finish this I saw him then push him behind the because he went back to go behind the, but clearly wasn't fast enough. absolutely disgusting as he treats his personal and I see it almost every day. I hope someone can do something about it and let him know. 5* to the personal. 0 to the manager.

Excellent pret ... the staff is always very helpful in the did when I was there yesterday, a co-worker went out mainly to help a blind gentleman who was there with his guide dog. she was so attentive to him, even to foot back on the road to south kensington station. fantastic customer support.
