Adaptogen hands down serves the best coffee in SW London And it doesn't stop there. I have thoroughly enjoyed everything I have tried from Ainé (owner) so far. The immunity booster shot makes me feel like a completely new woman as soon as I have consumed it and the peanut butter cups are TO DIE FOR Can't stop, won't stop. The beautiful beets juice is so refreshing and the reishi hot chocolate is indeed a hug in a mug. Plus, everything is completely vegan and gluten free. Ainé really knows her stuff when it comes to ingredients and the benefits and will happily talk you through it. She has created a super welcoming and relaxing space (so don't be put off by the fact the cafe is inside a boutique gym) and is even dog friendly! I honestly cannot recommend Adaptogen Wellness Cafe enough and would say it's definitely worth a visit if you are around the Balham area. I'm all for supporting small businesses and this one has my full support going back tomorrow to get another coffee

I had a few smooth bowls and they were delicious. the personal is also super beautiful in caffe. only the part is that it is part of a spinnstudio, so that the music is always so loud that it sets me off from the return

They have a lot of medical and healthy eating and drinking here. they also have a gym (called doghouse) from the back that is a nice supplement to the caffe. the personal is super friendly here and eating tastes amazing.
