Woodlands - South Staffordshire

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff was polite and went above and beyond - they even overheard that it was my birthday and surprised me with a complimentary dessert that said 'Happy Birthday'. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning in the future.

We went to this restaurant with friends for a Christmas meal, but we were disappointed by the festive menu. There was no Christmas pudding and the dessert options were limited. Another group at the restaurant had crackers, but we were not offered any. We were told that there was a pre-ordered menu, which was not communicated to us in advance. My husband is a member of the golf club and the email we received only had one menu option, with no opportunity to pre-select our dishes. There was also no mention of this on the website. However, the quality of the food was good. The restaurant will need to make improvements before we consider returning next year.

Beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff, food was a 6 out of 10. I think the menu could use some updates to make it more interesting. My husband found the steak to be too tough, but my family and I enjoyed our meals. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be returning. I just wish there were more exciting options on the menu.

Had an amazing time at the woodlands restaurant the food was exceptional and serves in a timely manner. The staff are excellent and the young gentleman than served us could not of been more accommodating and polite. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Food good,service very good,added a few nice touches to our evening and we really enjoyed it.lovely surroundings in the country and not a bad golf course too.Will go again.
