Bidra med feedbackI want to thank you once again for a fantastic evening. The food and drinks were delicious and filling. (Not a single scrap was left on our plates). The staff were extremely attentive and accommodating, especially with our large group of eight, some of whom are picky eaters. Robyn was our server for the evening and she was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, patient, and had a pleasant demeanor. She went above and beyond for our group while maintaining a high level of professionalism. We are regulars at this restaurant and will continue to be if the service remains as outstanding as it was tonight. Thank you again to Kate, Aimi, John, and the rest of the team.
I hadn't been to this restaurant in a couple of years, but I was not disappointed. The food was excellent and served piping hot. The service was top-notch, and even though I only made a reservation the day before, they were able to accommodate me. I will definitely be returning again.
We ordered the Sunday roast dinner during our recent visit. The roast beef was tough to cut and the potatoes were also hard to eat. When we brought this up to the waitress, she apologized and took the plate away. The staff was friendly and courteous, but the quality of the food seemed to have declined since our previous visits before the lockdown. We may return in the future but will try something different. Overall, the service was good but the food was disappointing.
We were here a few times, more so during the back end of the covid. it was great, table service, along with an app and a large selection on the menu for eating and drinks. Today, very minimal menu, so much that we order the same...suff from island today. no app service, and they no longer have table service to the gra area in the facility. Inadmissible as the service during the covid seemed to have disappeared because possibly do not want to pay the fee for the app service? who knows the service at the bar is slow, barely a handful of people watching rugby and they wait longer than expected. I ordered the half of the more likely, stood there, because the merciful said, hallo' minutes later after the order, seemingly forget that I would be ordered. I wait for my drink. mistakes happen, but it was joined by a bad service overall. So, can't really give the advantage of the doubt if you think it was poor, both of them I went into the bar. We drove half an hour to go here, because eating and drinking landed when we came home, that was for two reasons. we have children, remove an app service and expect us to move right in front of the terrace does not fit a family. three star rating is for the quality of the selection of drinks, with good trips, good location for vogel / huh donations / housing in front of location and friendly clientèle. the general service needs an upgrade in all honesty.
Always great eating and perfectly served. very accommodating and excellent staff always like to help.
