The Green House - South Somerset

Great place and dog friendly. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the coffee was good and the cakes were delicious. hot snack also. we look forward to our next visit and maybe lunch.

Uo what a sweet little jewel of a caffe! in parkland with view and a lake next to dillington house. parking space in the forest parking lot. a beautiful little caffe with court shop, gift shop and other spatial features all along in a small croft style hut business rooms type location. the vegan sausage roll was delicious and the capaccino’s were hot and in big tassen! beautiful friendly lady owners aswell. let's take this away on the way to taunton again, instead of the a303 we can stop here!

We used the green house to provide for the funeral celebration of my grandfather in summer and I could not recommend it anymore! eating was excellent the sandwiches and cakes are delicious. they were amazing and approached a difficult day with much friendliness and respect and made us all feel so comfortable. since eating was so great, we went to their café shop in the dillington house, which is a beautiful little place and again eating was wonderful, we even bought their scene with us to take home. I would highly recommend it! thank you.

With a friend to celebrate the upcoming birthday. was not in the caffe. I thought I'd let it go. both had a flat white coffee with a piece of chocolate cake between us. luxurious torte. beautiful. prices reasonable. beautiful ambiente. dogs can also go. would recommend. now they moved to dillington estate on top of the upper part. free parking. can also drive there and park their bikes. great view of the being and beyond. also the sea.

My family has visited this place twice recently. The food was excellent on both visits. More importantly, the service was exceptional. The first time they found a place for our young son to sleep. On the second the owner noticed my son had picked up an inappropriate sweety (which I would not have realised) and persuaded my boy to chose another that was more appropriate. They also joked and played with my son. We'll be going again.
