The guy owner is RUDE, such a shame cause it’s a cute place but he’s RUDE.

Been here 3 times now. First time was one of the worst experiences at a restaurant. Second was better. Third and final try was the worst experience. Slow service, waited 15 mins to be even waited on by hostess, food was bland and cold. Talked to manager Ty and he was very rude and unprofessional. This is my last time ever to this place!

This place is fabulous in so many ways! Talk about ambiance, A+ Service and tantalizing fare! Did I mention the delicious and potent cocktails? As well as the fine selection of local brews, desserts and of course those folks who run the place. I was greeted by a lovely young lady, named Nama downstairs at front entrance on a very busy side walk who whisked my date and I upstairs to a stunning atmosphere. Chill vibes, modern touches and incredibly spotless (bathrooms too!! . Nama was sweet, alert and in tune with our every need, even though it was apparent the establishment was short staffed (as any other, these Covid days, ugh… . Nama was able to pay special attention to us and every guest we noticed! Our drinks came quickly as did our hot and fresh appetizers—the beef empanadas, so incredible flaky, AMAZING buttery pastry followed by the main course—we consumed the savory lollipop lamb and tender skirt steak, along with fresh asparagus, and a crisp Caesar salad with home made dressing. Half way through our meal we were greeted by, Jesse, the GM who amazingly found the time to make sure we were well taken care of. Hands down! I highly recommend this spot and look forward to our next visit. This weekend! Many Thanks!

Very disappointed in Fire Fresh. Bartender spoke almost no English and he couldn't understand what we wanted nor followed up on refills......we were the only people at the bar. Food was sub par. We tried the highly recommended Buffalo Chicken dip which we were told came with fresh grilled pita. Dish arrived swimming in grease with stale Dorito. The gyro sandwich was good but ribs appeared reheated. We were there at dinner time and it was us and one other table. Manager was trying but the whole place, while cute, just reeks of a place that wont last as a dining establishment.

This place has an amazing vibe and Jesse and Nama bring that vibe right to the customer. The food and drinks are great! Don’t miss the entrance and check it out! Take the stairs or the elevator up it’s worth it!
