Mcdonald's - South San Francisco

This place is bad. Look out and don’t go there. Staffs could tamper with your food. Today March 12th 2024, I ordered 10 pcs of McNuggets and someone took bite and left half of McNuggets in my order.

Web said McD had Filet fish 2nd sand was $1. Not here.Shake was thin, watery, excessive syrup. They replaced, 2nd was better, but not as thick as I remember. Shamrock shake.

I ordered a medium coke, fillet o fish, McChicken, 2 medium fries and 6 pcs McNuggets. It was delivered by UberEats. The bag was sealed but when I opened it the bag, they was no McNuggets! I called up this McDonalds store and spoke to the manager whose name is I think is a fake name, Karen. And she asked me to get the McNuggets there if I want to! I said that is why I had it delivered because I have no time to get there. And she just said that that’s the only thing they can do, I go there and get it or none. She even blamed DoorDash that it’s always their mistake of just getting the bags to be delivered. Why would DoorDash be the one to check the contents??? This McDonalds store is run by ? manager!!! Not right! This is not right at all!

Their mocha machine has been broken for over 2 weeks. With no sign up anywhere...also they've made me late to work again because I still have to drive somewhere else..

I can confidently say this is the best McDonald’s in the SF area. McNuggets are always crispy and the Diet Coke tastes incredible. I pass 4 McDonald’s on the way driving here but it’s worth it!
