Golden City - South Ribble

I had a special curry and it was very tasty. Shame about the frozen chips or it would of been a 5 star. Can’t comment on any other meals though. Really I’d of give it 4.5 if possible.

We have tried different Chinese take always in the area but this is the best. We usually have one once again, always a great service and freshly made to order. Brilliant

I think terrible is way to soft a word to describe the meal I had last night, I ordered two portions of spare ribs one BBQ and one salt and pepper, the BBQ sauce had so much MSG when I picked the last one out of the sauce the sauce came out in one lump, MSG is used to thicken liquid, it is also said you can use this in anything ie S—T and it will make it taste ok, the salt and pepper ribs were coated in some sort of batter which after biting into it was just soft and undercooked, I removed this and the ribs had been boiled and had no flavour at all, the salt and pepper was a few onions and a few peppers, again no flavour, my partner had noodles and he was ill today, I will never visit here again.

I asked if they did delivery as I’m a patient of st Catherine’s dying of stage 4c cancer.. and just asked do they deliver she said no abruptly and I said it’s ok il get someone to collect them she just hung up... disgusting manners.. haven’t even ordered from here before so glad I’m not now. Disgusting!

Awful over priced food...special fried rice was tasteless...won't be going here again...gutted as wasted 13 pound on this...
