Spice Palace - South Plainfield

On Father's Day I entered Spice Palace without any recommendation and watered my mouth as soon as I came in. It was hard to place an order in such a state. After ordering for what I needed for sure, I asked what exactly do you cook guys? the lady was shy, but said Biryani and I put the order for the same. Then she asked me to try her special chicken Biryani and I couldn't say anything else. Now the actual part, YES not only the aroma, but also the softness of rice and balance of spices had strengthened this dish beyond my expectation. I've tried many Biryani dishes at Oak Tree Road Area, but that's a CLASS

They make dinner in South Indian style. Food is quite authentic and sharp. Owner is friendly and can sometimes make food that is not on the menu.
