Bidra med feedbackGreat farmers market with some of the friendliest vendors and yummy ready food. The pupusa and tamale stands have my heart, and I also love the Indian food and Mediterranean vegan to-go meals. Mom's products has such amazing products (I always get the 3 items for $15 and Ken's has the best stone fruit. The Korean ready foods are delicious (get the seaweed tempeh! . I am also addicted to the healthy butter stand. The nut butters are definitely pricey but I cannot help but buy it. I honestly think the south pas farmers market can be pricier than others and have started going to the Alhambra one more, but I cannot resist these few stands.
Great people and some really nice vendors and food trucks. Very mellow vibe with lots of kids and people of all ages, live music and adjacent park areas to sit and relax. Pets not allowed.
I arrived as they just opened. I know that some were still setting up, but the vendors are always friendly and helpful. Strawberries are plentiful. Great choices for salad greens. There were even tomatoes at one stall. A couple of choices of where to get artesian breads.
Visited Thurs 3-9-23. It absolutely DOESN'T COMPARE to SANTA MONICA or HOLLYWOOD. Nothing that unique to make a trip worth it. These other reviews must be from individuals that haven't been to the better ones with a bigger unique variety. Not big ORGNIC variety neither. BORING!
Great farmer’s market worth stopping by! Pretty big with three different sections full of vendors in a T shape. Mostly food and produce, didn’t see many personal care items or crafts. Only open for a few hours every Thursday—there was live music and a bustling crowd when I went. It’s conveniently located directly off the metro, and there’s plenty of free 2-3 hour street parking on the streets nearby. So very accessible! Just look for the street closed signs when you get there. Eat and enjoy!
