Montana's The Kraken, 2700 Arena, Apartment A

Check your checks. This place is a scam. They give you a total and then keep adding small unnoticeable charges. So every single check pulls in a small amount. Staff wouldn 't come to check so my group just paid and left but someone needs to know. I kept my receipts and took pictures. Just go get fast food.

This was our second time in 2 years going here while on our vacation. This place is a hidden gem for dinner. Specials are amazing and very affordable. The coconut shrimp is the best we've ever had, and heck the chicken tenders are even great. Everything else we have ordered exceeded expectations. Seevice has been good both times. Will continue going here whenever we are on SPI. Only knocked off a star on atmosphere because last time we sat in the old bar area and this time it was closed, so we had to sit in the sports bar which lacks the character of the older part. Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu. Standard fare.

They had this huge big screen at the bar, they had a guy singing there Saturday night, good songs good sound, the food was good and the service was nice ?

I mean...the food can't be the reason you go to the Kraken. We tried a few different plates and none of it was bad, but it wasn't great either. The real reason you should have Kraken on your playlist is their bar. This place has a TV screen the size of most living rooms and the tall draft beers are just as big. And that isn't even the best part. Drinks are cheap! $2.50 bottles, grab a bucket, or your fav frozen cocktail if you're there to watch a game. Friendly and attentive staff make sure you are happy and entertained. There are a few games in the back if you aren't the sociable type. Anyway, this place is highly recommended. Note: I guess Kraken has two areas/bars. We only went into the Arena, which accommodates families and larger parties.
