Bidra med feedbackCalled in here last night. Worse mcdonalds I have ever had. The fries were limp, unsalted and had a tang. They were also cold. The chicken burger was also cold and didn't taste right. Both myself and my companions binned the food. Will never call in here again. The table behind us were complaining too.
Bought an apple pie and when hubby began to eat it it wasn’t an apple pie it was a festive pie and because my hubby is allergic to raisin and sultanas it made him very sick, yet I made you aware and since I have heard not a thing from you, all I keep getting told is “we are investigating it”, what I don’t get is what needs investigating. The packaging clearly states “Apple Pie” and give the ingredients of an Apple Pie. It when bitten into it was a festive pie” does McDonalds not have to follow Natasha’s law ???? Disgusted at the lack of customer services now in the hands of food standard agency and environmental Health
Yet again NO Milkshakes, a very common thing at the TOWCESTER Branch. Stone cold chips and stone cold big mac. Tried to ring NO answer....
A very disappointing couple of Big Macs. The meat was dry and overcooked. The bap was soggy. I could go on but would rather forget the experience. Not a standard I would expect from Macdonalds.
We don't often visit McDonald's so can't attest to the usual standard of service here. We ordered hot drinks, the coffee was okay but the hot chocolate was less than half full. When we took it back, the lady who served us initially on seeing us the second time, walked away to carry on drinking her drink. We were left waiting for around 10 minutes, staff could see us waiting. In the end, I opened the window of the drive thru and called one of the other ladies a number of times. She definitely heard me but also chose to ignore. It wasn't until I explained to the driver behind us that we are being kept waiting and apologised for the delay that the second lady who ignored me asked the first girl to serve us. There was no apology, just a very blank and apathetic expression. Management need to raise the standards of recruitment, training and customer care here before they continue to receive terrible reviews. Word of mouth is everything when it comes to a local business.
