Bidra med feedbackStay at 2 premier Inn in the last 2 days and because of the heat wave this week I checked on Google info to see they had Aircon but no they don't. I had a fan is you are in the hotter rooms. If it was over 30c will you sweat even if you got the fan on. The lighting in my room is the same colour temperature as a supermarket or government office. Breakfast was OK next door. Amazingly reception told me parking is free and you don't have to register your car. Surprisingly since it's just off the M1. It was over £90 and reviews have been good but I think it's just OK. They had auto machine check in which the reception entered info for me. I did not like that.
A lovely fresh and clean stop over. Beds are comfy to sheep in but not too sit in. Noticed that I didn't have a sticker for my CPAP machine, but I got an extension cable from the reception with no fuss. They've also got charging ports by the beds now, but one side of your cable needs to be usb-a, both sides of my cable are usb-c, so if you're like me and have your phone next to you when you sleep your out of luck, but still it's a nice touch TV is freeview and not a smart TV, which is a shame, so you're stuck with programmed shows. You can sign up for their WiFi and steam on a device. Had the breakfast which was very decent, the selection was huge and well worth the price. Parking is free and plentiful, but nowhere to charge an EV.
Ideally placed for where we were going, always enjoy a breakfast at a Premier Inn....... and an added bonus of there being no kids running and screaming up and down the corridors
Great location near motorway and designer outlet, perfect place for a lay over. Rooms as you would expect in a Premier Inn, clean, comfy and functional. Staff lovely and helpful. Breakfast next door is incredibly reasonable as children eat for free for just under £20.
Easy to find and convenient. Maybe half a mile off the M1. Staff up to the usual Premier Inn standard friendly and efficient. Room spotless but....... no AC, the 1st time I've ever encountered that. Window had been opened and there was a fan so the warm night was easy enough to sleep through.
