The longest wait in a ride waits every time. Waited in the ride thru line today with 3 cars before me, for 18 min before entering the menu. Then it was said they were with me in a moment and waited 5 minutes before the order. Five more minutes to make my coffee. I wish I was exaggerated on waiting... hope you have time to wait when you go!
Coffee is pretty decent, but it seems like there's always a line. Some of my friends work there, and they always seem stressed and secured because there is no other to help.
The coffee is good, but it seems to me that it never works the right amount of people. It always supports and usually only one MAYBE two people work that is clearly not enough when a rush of people come. Looks like a leading problem for me.
After waiting 10 minutes to order, as I was in drive through and there was no way out of line, I placed my order (I always order the same thing) employee gave me wrong type of coffee, as she handed it to me I said it was incorrect. She then told me that I ordered it that way (again I only order 1 type of coffee) and continued to hand the drink to me. Since there was a long line behind me I said fine I will just take it at which point she rolled her eyes at me. Horrible service. Slow service and the coffe did not taste very good, most likely because it wasnt what I wanted.
