Chipotle Mexican Grill - South Lebanon

Service was fast and friendly at this location. Food was good, the steak is a little different-more spicy here than other Chipotle locations. I'm not complaining! Just something I've observed on multiple visits. The only complaint I do have about this location is that I had little more than half a dozen pieces of steak in my bowl. This is not the first time experiencing a lack of protein at this location.

Every time I order from here I?m disappointed. There?s always meat in my sofritas which is 100% unacceptable. My fajitas are uncooked. Completely raw. Barely any cheese when I asked for extra. If I?m paying ten dollars for a bowl I expect the food to at least be cooked without meat in it if I didn?t ask for meat. Absolutely abhorrent. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Holy smokes, I see all of these bad reviews. Admittedly, I would not have visited this location had I seen the reviews beforehand, but thankfully I didn?t see that first. I have been to Chipotle all over the WORLD. Frankfurt Germany, California, Texas, Florida, Ohio. Literally dozens of locations. This location is, hands down, the best Chipotle I have ever been to. They drained the beans and salsa without asking on all 6 orders. My son got a double chicken bowl, and when it got to the counter she sent it back for more chicken. Wait, what?! I am impressed so much! Special shout out to Shayla, who was at the register. You?re awesome. Thanks to an awesome team and great experience. It sure seems like there is a change from the previous bad reviews.

This was possibly the dirtiest restaurant I?ve ever eaten at in my 44 years. The staff clearly did not care either. I asked to have tables cleaned as every one of them was disgusting, she smeared the food around so I finished it myself. Every visible surface in the kitchen and serving area was covered in food. The trash cans are overflowing and the floors have been swept in possibly days. We were never greeted by anyone either. We are here from out of town but I would steer clear of this location until things are taken care of and changed. I love Chipotle! I have visited many locations, in Ohio and other states too, and the service and food is usually spot on and consistent. This was my third visit to the South Lebanon location since moving to the area and wanting to support my local establishments. Though the food is of the high quality I have come to expect from Chipotle, the service is very much below standard. Long lines and slow preping on the line have been frustrating to this hungry customer. It seems like I've walked into a movie on slow mode when I've been there. I know you can do better because I've experienced it at many other locations. Hope you can step it up before my next visit.
