Bidra med feedbackI often go here and they tend to have articles on the most than not. the customer service is always great. the quality of the food is not always best, especially with the salad and sometimes fajitas. they wish that the mixed greens are more often available in comparison to eisbergsalat. At some point, the fajitas are either understated or overcooked. but these are not common to just consider something as it happens. as always I appreciate the hard work of the young profis there!
Store seems to not be able to handle a lunch rush and delivery orders. It doesn’t make sense to bring down the in person customer experience because the staff is incapable of satisfying the increased workload. I waited for seven 7 minutes without being acknowledged. That’s unacceptable. I guess they feel like they can do whatever they want once they have your money. I’ll never return to this location.
I hate to write bad reviews for chipotle because I really do love their food but this location has just been absolutely terrible on EVERY SINGLE OCCASION. Today was the third time I’ve had to wait longer than the people in line to PICK UP an order. Mind you, I always place these orders 25 30 minutes in advance and end up waiting an additional 15 20 mins once I get here. They also just wait for you to stand there for 10 minutes before even asking you if you need help. It’s just frustrating. What’s the point of placing an order in advance if everyone in line will be served 15 minutes before me. That defeats the purpose of the app. Not only that, 2 3 times that this has happened to me I also got the wrong ingredients in my burrito. Third and final time I ever come here.
Bad service to the max today got upset with me for wanting my food prepared correctly. Just please be polite to your guests.
I’m a big fan of Chipotle, but I had a frustrating experience with an online order today. They got everything wrong! I received pinto beans instead of black beans, steak instead of chicken, and I didn’t even get the chips I paid for. Seriously, it was all clearly listed on the ticket. I don’t understand how they could mess up the order when the information was there. They really need to pay more attention to the orders. I won’t be ordering online again.
