Standard fare. Reasonable value if you get a deal otherwise not greatly impressed. There are better places out there

We have visited this restaurant before, but this recent delivery was our first in a while. The staff warned us that it would take over 90 minutes for our order to arrive. Despite our high expectations, the meal we received was bland, tasteless, and cold. The portion of chips we received was so hard and inedible that we had to throw them away. This experience taught us a lesson - perhaps there was a reason for the long wait. It seems like other restaurants have stepped up their game while this one has fallen short.

My husband and I frequently order from The Richmond and are always pleased, but tonight they really surpassed our expectations. My meal was exceptional. I requested a slightly less spicy Szechuan chicken and it was perfect. This was definitely one of the best Chinese meals I've had in a while. We will definitely be loyal customers and won't be ordering from anywhere else. First-rate experience.

Picked up 2 meals for me and my wife,,very unhappy,,small portion sized plastic boxes &our 2 boiled rice boxes were just over half full,,think i"ll stick to punjabi tadka (indian )next door,,waste of money,,

Will not be calling this place again absolutely rude staff after telling me 2 hours to deliver she then hung the phone up
