Cartmel Coffee - South Lakeland

Had spicy tomatoe soup which came with a lovely fresh cheese scone .both tasty and nice hot latte .

We stopped for coffee and cake (of which there was a great selection! . Both were of good quality they do a decent flavoursome flat white and the kids enjoyed their hot chocolates. It wasn't too busy when we visited and service was quick. It's in a nice position to watch the world go by in the village square outside. They had plant based milks available as well as some vegan and gluten free cake options.

I had a bland soup with a dry cheese scone and was not satisfied. My partner also did not enjoy his sausage bun. The staff were friendly though.

The food was fantastic and the service was excellent.

Great time at this restaurant. The staff are very attentive and go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful experience.
