Bidra med feedbackThe food at this restaurant is good, the salsa is still good, but it used to be amazing. The restaurant is clean.
We were recommended this restaurant by a local who worked at a boating company we visited on September 23rd. The service was excellent, with the new owner serving as our server and providing top-notch service and recommendations. Our group of 6 ordered a variety of tacos, all of which were delicious. My favorite was the Mahi taco. When we mentioned that some in our group enjoyed spicy food, we were given a unique salsa and a delicious roasted jalapeño that enhanced our meal. The spicy margaritas were strong and tasty, just as a margarita should be. I will definitely be returning to this spot on my next trip to Tahoe. The atmosphere was great, with people of all ages and backgrounds looking to have a good time. It's a perfect place for a late lunch after a day on the lake.
Steamers is back! A local staple has only gotten better. Bigger food selection, and still the locally famous tacos you know and love (get the Birria). Live Music weekly, stage out back, ever-expanding liquor selection. The new owners, Paul and Heather, have done it right. Also a great venue to play!
The restaurant offers good food, affordable prices, and weekly live music. Despite its small and slightly run-down appearance, it is a fantastic spot for locals to grab a bite to eat or enjoy some drinks.
Great staff. Food coming out of the smallest kitchen I've ever seen is very good. Great little locals joint.
