Maggie's Desolation - South Lake Tahoe

Maggie’s was a great experience. Service was really good, food was exceptional and prices were reasonable for South Lake. Make sure you make a reservation, this place stays busy…but you’ll know why after you take your first bite.

We had a wonderful experience at Maggie’s during our Tahoe ski vacation. While off the the beaten path, the service was excellent the food outstanding. We wanted to try everything and they were very accommodating with us splitting the dishes we did try. We really enjoyed the Grilled Octopus appetizer and the Chilean Sea Bass entree. Topped it all off with a chocolate martini and pecan praline tart dessert. While pricey, it was worth the experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Maggie’s! Lordes was our super sweet server. She is took great care of us and gave us excellent recommendations. I had an old fashioned and one he braised short rib. Both were delicious and really hit the spot after a day snowboarding at Heavenly. I will definitely be back, thank you so much!

Worth every penny! Amazing food and staff would definitely recommend !
