Bidra med feedbackI wasn't completely blown away by the baked goods at this restaurant, but I would be interested in trying more options. There is a variety of things to explore, and I even received a cool "vegan power" pin. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the kombucha, but I am eager to do so in the future. They also offer kombucha-making classes. If you are able to visit when they are open, it is definitely worth a stop.
This restaurant offers a completely vegan and gluten-free menu, as well as homemade kombucha with unique flavors. The colorful decor resembles an Ethno shop, giving the basement location a unique feel. The selection of baked goods is small but changes regularly, including scones, muffins, and brownies. The taste is on the healthier side and not overly sweet. Prices are somewhat high for the size of the products. The interior is warm and colorful, with a pleasant baking aroma. They also sell imported vegan foods. Unfortunately, dining in is currently not possible, and the hours are limited to two days a week. Check their Instagram page for updates.
This small café bakery offers a modest selection of gluten-free vegan bakery items and kombucha. The store's offerings may vary, but Muffins and Scones are typically available. Information about raw food classes can be found on the website and Instagram @wonde_raw. The owner has taken raw food cooking classes with Matthew Kenney in the USA. A yoga practitioner, the owner switched to a gluten-free diet due to an atopic reaction to wheat. The store is dimly lit with no windows, which may not appeal to everyone, but creates a peaceful atmosphere. The muffins and scones I tried were delicious and not overly sweet. Here is a place that has a fully vegan and gluten-free menu, makes her own kombucha with diverse and unconventional aromas and is colorfully decorated like an ethno shop. if they enter the place that is in the cellar, it seems as if they were a place other than Korea! their selection of baked goods is small and changes regularly, so do their kombucha creations. there are a few scones, muffins and so-called brownies. the taste I had so far is okay, more on the healthy side and not too sweet. (Gluten-free bakers often taste different, generally prices are a bit high for the size of the products. the interieur is dark but warm and colorful, and it smells good inside as they bake in front of place! they also sell imported vegan foods, e.g. tees and flour. unfortunately it is not possible to eat in the house at the moment. also their opening times are very short operating times only two days per week at the moment. better check their Instagram page for updates.
