Costco Food Court - South Jordan

I am sad to have to give this a three star review because I have usually had a really good experience at any Costco but we were unfortunate enough to stop by right when the new kiosks were introduced where you can use cards. We went and used it (which was pretty easy) and then got a number to take to the front. It was very weird and no one knew what was going on, so that was chaotic. When we got to the front, they informed us that what we ordered (two chicken bakes) were currently being cooked and it would be an additional 10 minutes waiting for it. As we had already paid, we didn't feel like we could back out then and we would have not ordered it if we knew it would be a long wait. I think this might get better, but there are a lot of kinks to work out.

I enjoy most of the food at the food court. I like the pizza, hotdogs, smoothies, and ice cream. I wish they had Coke products instead of Pepsi, but otherwise, it's still pretty good. The service is decent and the employees are friendly enough. It works great for a quick lunch during a shopping trip.

Jett was great! He shared a strawberry chocolate for my autistic son and me. He was professional, very helpful and friendly!

How people judge how a good pizza beats my head! It serves its purpose to fill the void after shopping, but it is far from big cake!

Just got a strawberry sundae. Used to be a very berry sundae but that's okay. Staff was quick and polite. Delicious sundae.
