Café Zupas - South Jordan

The divine menu, very clean local and very friendly staff! I in particular love Zupas

Tried the new park and order station. Not sure if my order got lost or forgotten or if the park and order is bottom of the priority list, but the food took over 30 minutes with zero people in line inside the cafe (a few order pickups). I had 2 kids with me in the car and didnt want to get them both out to go in and order take out so i thought id give the drive up a try. Will not be using that thing ever again.

I just went with some friends and we had a very large and complicated order. The young man helping us was incredible. I think his name was Logan! He was so kind and very patient and got every single detail right!!! Amazing experience!

Food is always good. Staff is always friendly and helpful. But in the evenings when I've gone, now three times, the dining area is a mess. The garbage is literally overflowing, and many tables have trays from previous customers piled up. I don't understand, there are plenty of employees, but apparently none are assigned to clean the dining area. It's disappointing, because I really like the food, and like I said, the staff is great. Weird.

Food is great, though prices are very high. At this particular location (The District), mistakes are made with my order too frequently.
