Cafe Wave - South Jordan

As soon as we entered Café Wave, it had an almost retro vibe, and everything was beautifully detailed, from the steps to the furniture. The server who helped us was the owner, and he was quite attentive. The menu featured a BLT that caught my eye with its enticing description, and I couldn't resist trying it. I had to find out what their "bucking speck" was all about. It turned out to be the best bacon I'd ever had on a sandwich! My friend's fries were super crispy and flavorful, although some had a bit too much salt, which I simply brushed off. My friend ordered the Chicken Capri with a side salad, and she kindly let me have a bite of her sandwich so I could see how it tasted. Honestly, it was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had! I can't even describe how incredible it was. I never expected a sandwich with balsamic glaze and basil pesto on roasted ciabatta to be that delicious. I fully plan to return to this hidden gem until I've tried everything on the menu, and next time I’m definitely ordering the Chicken Capri!

What a fun experience! I had a delicious French dish paired with gluten-free sourdough bread. The fries were incredibly tasty! My daughter ordered the burger, and she absolutely loved it! The restaurant has a great atmosphere, making it the perfect place to stay and enjoy our time there.
