We hosted an employee health fair at our company and asked Gary to come back again this year and make box lunches for us. The selection of box lunches was beyond what anyone else was offering and his sandwiches are SO delicious. I'm so impressed that he makes his own delicious bread and cookies early in the morning. We will be coming back again next year. Great job, Gary!

Today Apple Spice Catering provided 130 box lunches for our Company's LGBTQ ERG Pride Celebratory Luncheon. From the very first day I called the owner, Gary Lipman, all the way though the delivery today, I've experienced nothing but top notch service. Gary's passion, enthusiasm, and the pride he clearly takes in his business was so evident from our very first conversation that I knew immediately I'd found the right caterer for our event. It was clear that he was committed to doing whatever it took to accommodate all of our requests. And what I loved most is that Gary made himself 100% accessible every time I called him, from that first day, through the booking and final delivery. He literally answered my call EVERY SINGLE TIME which is unheard of in this day and age!Gary arrived at the agreed upon time today, delivered and set up the boxes in the room, and the lunches themselves were DELICIOUS everyone raved about the freshness of the homemade bread, the flavors, and the presentation. Since this was a Pride event, we sent rainbow stickers ahead of time that Gary placed inside all 130 boxes, and he printed out special signs to be displayed for each variety of sandwiches and wraps to make it easier for our guests to identify them.Overall my experience with Apple Spice Catering was exceptional and I highly recommend their services. We just used Apple Spice for the first time. They hit a grand slam on their first swing. I ordered boxed lunches for about 30 church folk, including clergy and some people with tricky food sensitivities. EVERYONE was thrilled with their lunch. One vegetarian said her sandwich was the best vegetarian sandwich she ever had. One of my Gluten-sensitives was very happy with her sandwich. We hosted a 2-day corporate conference for over 60 people and contacted Apple Spice Catering and we cannot share enough accolades for Apple Spice and the owner Gary. From planning to execution, everything is consistently excellent. Menus, food presentation and taste always exceed my expectations. Everyone was on time and presented perfectly. We kept getting compliments throughout the day about how good the box lunch was, it had everything in it! Gary is a professional. The Faculty at Weehawken High School were recipients of the famous Apple Spice Boxed Lunches from our Union as a Teacher Appreciation gesture. Our Union leaders hit a home run in ordering from Apple Spice. Personally, I had the Granny Turkey Sandwich and it was excellent! Their specially made bread is unbelievable! Everything in the Boxed Lunch from the sandwich to the potato salad to the melt in your mouth post meal mint and the chocolate chip cookie was excellent! Everything was fresh and of high quality in a nice boxed presentation. You, your group, or organization can do no wrong if you order from Apple Spice for your next event.
