Pisces Fish And Chips

Supposedly freshly cooked food, but we have just had the worst box of chips we have ever experienced looked like end of pan scrapings, and tasted of burnt oil. Fish batter was overdone, and we suspect that the fish might not have been as fresh as we'd hoped. Possibly because it was an early Monday evening? In any case, this was probably our last Pisces experience. Sad they used to be very good, if slightly pricey.

What a great chip shop this was, it says they close at 10, no they dont! they close at 8.30 ! or if its not busy they just give up and scrub down , not the best way to attract loyal customers. I still say the fish and chips are the best , when you can get them!

Been using Pisces for many years was passing today so called in. Staff seems more interesting in talking among there selfs. One was adjusting her hair (blonde then went on to do the food not even washing her hands unbelievable !! They must think people do not notice bad enough without the pandemic but should be extra careful now. Won’t be using Pisces again put my right off my meal through it away !!!

Absolutely DELICIOUS, our completely fussy kids asked “CAN WE GO EVERY NIGHT PLEASE” highly RECOMMENDED and worth it!! The special are truly SPECIAL

Good portions, great value,excellent taste. Trip Advisor seems to think this is predominantly a restaurant. They're wrong. While outside seating is sometimes available, Pisces should be thoughtof as a takeaway. Orders are accepted by telephone so they can be ready for you to collect. No delivery at the moment but I doubt there's enough delivery bikes to keep up with demand if they offered it. Regular customer
