It’s years since we’ve been into a Burger King. I should have turned right round on entering this one near Cribbs Causeway and gone somewhere else! The menu on the wall did look ok so ‘nothing ventured, nothing gained’. We ordered and whilst waiting for our food, took a handful of napkins to clean the table. Diet drinks were not available in the self-serve gadget so I had to ask for drinks from behind the counter. Oh….how totally disappointed we were on opening the burgers!! They looked absolutely nothing like the photo on the wall….tiny and they didn’t even bother to put the rocket in the bun….just slung it on the paper wrapper! A regular fries has shrunk by at least 50% since we last ‘dined’ here. Never, ever will we bother eating at a Burger King again! I’m totally shocked how bad this chain has sunk!!

I recently went to BK in the Mall at Cribbs causeway Bristol. Here’s how it went: The store was woefully understaffed leading to huge delays The tills were down meaning my Doritos voucher was not redeemable The soda machine was out of gas so no fizzy drinks All the food was cold and I had about eight fries Very little change from £20 I complained to BK online and as of today (5 days later) have not even had a reply. Disgraceful and I would avoid like the plague having been a previously regular and happy BK customer.

Ordered a vegan burger and received a meat burger. went to complain and was met with rude staff and poor service. my burger was replaced but yet again with the wrong burger!!! absolutely awful. staff were miserable and lacked customer service from start to finish.

Sooooo slooowwwwwwwww. Waited 20 mins for drive through take away. The poor girl serving has to also cook our food! Sort your staff out for goodness sake
