Bidra med feedbackOrdered an Asian sesame salad and it's pretty much JUST spinach (because they were out of romaine) there was 3 or 4 wantons, NO almonds, NO cilantro, and my chicken was literally FROZEN ! it was so disappointing.. I didn't expect it to be anything special but MY CHICKEN WAS FROZEN .. like it cracked into 2 pieces so I called to speak to a manager and someone answered and hung up. Unacceptable !
5/25 2:40 p.m. This location was cool until whomever prepared my salad did the laziest prep ever. Who eats the hard end of a romaine? I for sure won't return. I'd rather purchase from a non lazy location. This was so disappointing.
Jessica Larissa was so amazing this evening. Jessica was very patient and polite to me as I placed my order. Even though the espresso machine was not working for my usual Caramel Latte, Jessica recommended me to try the new strawberry ? mint ? drink. I loved ittttt so much!!!! Larissa was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this Panera location. It?s clean, spacious, well lit and very calm/welcoming ??
I'm actually sitting in the Panera as I write this from the moment I walked in there was no one at the front, the table sensors were all discharged. This place isnt like the other 2 Paneras (Downey, Lakewood) where the items are brought to you. Here the sensor rings when your food is ready and you get it at the window or in my case since none of the sensors worked they called out my last name. This is my first time here I saw the workers putting the food at the window but when they called my name I realized that basically I had to get my food, no biggy, but the fact that they didnt say something from the moment the food was at the counter meant when they did call me my food was already on it's way to being cold from sitting there. Not once did any of the workers approach me. Honestly dont plan on coming back to this specific location.
I stopped by at 7:30 on a Saturday night, and for the fourth time, they were out of bread for the Chipotle chicken sandwich and the dressing for the green goddess salad. I received an automated message indicating that the drive-thru was closed. How can they consistently run out of bread on the busiest night of the week? This is really disappointing and shows poor customer service.
