Bidra med feedbackDisclaimer: Review is based on just the food. They do have one of the still best Tortas Ahogadas.I see most of the bad reviews are for the customer service. TBH most small mexican food spots are not known for any customer service. Pro Tip: Call ahead order to go and avoid any issues. My go to is the torta ahogada, they do seem to get smaller and smaller, but maybe just me
Went here because the one in Downey was closed due to no gas, customer service is terrible ! I asked for cebolla y cilantro and the lady said for what ? Ummm to eat with my food. My husband asked for coffee and the waitress said we have some but we would have to turn on the machine. Therefore no. The food was mid, just go to pika pika instead.
The Waiter Not The Greatest, Very Unprofessional, Got Upset when Questions were Asked about Food , The Food Colder than Warm and The Prices are High for The Amount of Food They Serve,, They will Keep Loosing Customers if They Don't Update Their Place in General.
The waitress could use a more cheerful and positive attitude. It's no surprise that the ambiance of this place is becoming less inviting. While the service was quick, her demeanor made me hesitant to come back. The food, however, was quite good—4 out of 5!
I live just behind this restaurant and had been craving potato tacos. I ordered three cheese tacos with asada, three potato tacos with asada, a piece of cheesecake, and a bottle of Sprite along with a piña colada. When I got home and checked my order, I realized they had given me pork instead. I went back to have my order corrected, but ended up spending an additional $3.50. The older Spanish lady working there argued with me, claiming that I had said pork, despite the fact that I haven't eaten pork in over seven years. It was so unprofessional, especially after spending $40.
