Dunkin' - South Elgin

Manager was barking orders at the employees while I was at the window, highly unprofessional. Probably why they neglected to give me a knife for my bagel, no napkins, and didn't toast the bagel the way I requested. I feel bad for the employees that haveto deal with him.

This one's pretty good. But, very stingy with the cream cheese on my bagel. Update: Still stingy with the cream cheese (Honesty, sometimes they are and sometimes they aren't. Manager needs to set consistent standards, and it needs to be a lotmore than it is sometimes). Update: Very pleasant staff, especially the woman that usually works the drive thru; got anavocado toast that was about half the size of a normal one with no comment.

I had the best experience here and I always have I have gone to all the Dunkin's on Randall and this one by far the best one, one employee in particular always goes above and beyond to make sure i have the best experience I can, it's not just me but whenI see him deal with other customers he always has a smile on his face and acts like he genuinely likes to work there. Some ofthe things he does to make sure I have a great experience EVERYTIME is he follows up and asks how the coffee he made was after Itake a sip and when I have 3 drinks or more he gives a drink holder without me asking. None of the other locations do this. Iwill only be coming here from now on. If you come to this Dunkin and Preet is working, you will have not only good coffee but agreat experience.

This is a great convenient Dunkin' location. Their workers are always fast and the owners are very friendly. I would not recommend for people with dairy allergies because there is a lot of cross contamination with mixing spoons, and somemisunderstood orders which has caused problems for me.

I love my dunkin coffee , have to get it everyday. Iced vanilla bean with cream!
