Nice to have an Italian food store in the chicago suburbs that has some of the best homemade gelato and bakery goodies and all around great place to shop at and reasonable prices

I can find anything I need here for different recipes I want to cook. The meat is fresh, which I appreciate. I won’t say names but there is another grocery store in the area whose meat seems old, nasty, not fresh. I can’t shop there anymore because I don’t want salmonella or food poisoning, you know those types of things.

Horrible Experience. I Bought A Small Basil Flower And I Went To Return It Because I Found It Half The Price At Trader Joe’s. The Manager Refused To Take It Back, Even Though He Knows That I Am A Regular Shopper Their. The Prices Are Skyrocketing, It’s Not What It Used To Be Years Ago Anymore.

We placed a catering order through La Bella Caputos and it was amazing. Not only was the food delivered exactly at the time requested, it was hot, fresh and delicious! Will definitely use them again for our catering needs. Thanks Caputos!

Edit: After buying in this store for a year now, I’ve have bought pasta with bugs in them, and canned peas that were rotten. I’ve also purchased a pizza made by bakery with moldy ingredients. The employees are super helpful, but I avoid purchasing there. This has got to be the best fresh market I’ve been to!!! They have great variety of fresh food, bakery, liquor, they even sell pizza and other ready food. It’s a world in there! The employee are kind and helpful
