Tonight was my first time at Doyle's..food was great, server was great! However when I packed up 1/2 my yummy pizza for lunch tomorrow..I went up to cash in my keno ticket went back to get food and busboy said he tossed it ..didn't realize I was coming back. It was mere minutes but whatever. The smart thing would have been to apologize and or bring to the hostess if owner comes back. I'm not a complainer normally and the place was busy so not a good time to make a stink in the moment. But felt the need to vent.

Honest review TLDR; staff is nice, decent food, overpriced though, and could use a kitchen deep clean from the looks of it.Doyles is a good spot, but their prices just keep going up and up. $16+ for 6 boneless tenders and no side? $16 for a 8oz burger and 4oz of fries? $22 for a grilled chicken breast, a baked potato and 1/4 cup of veggies? It's pub food. I'm never satisfied with the portion either, it's never enough food. 3 years ago it was way different. Their prices were fair and you got more food.Sometimes I wanna get myself a decent meal without cooking and it costs me over $20 everytime. That's ed up.I also used to get the prime rib sandwich.. Until they moved the slicer into view of the takeout window and you can see how poorly cleaned it is. I've also seen things like someone cleaning an active fryer and get a cups worth of used sanitize solution into the fryer while fries were dropped in the oil cooking; dangerous and gross. Yikes.

Great food and service. Pricing reasonable. Fish dishes very good.I had seafood casserole.Great bar and social place to meet friends.
