The Landing Grill - South Chesterfield

I just wanted to have a drink and see since we've never been. Really picturesque when we went, it was dead (probably because it was cold). Definitely be back to try the food, especially weather improved.

This place is a hidden gem. I was looking for a nice experience for me and my girlfriend. I thought this place would be nice because it would like to be around water and that's in a marina. That was my first time to dinning here and I and my girlfriend loved it. The atmosphere, the water side, the friendly staff, customers were also friendly. You had a live band. It was a perfect date night. The food was good and cheap. We met the owners, and they made us feel like we were old friends. I intend to come back and bring my friends and family next time.

We had a birthday dinner with The Landing yesterday. Everyone was happy with their food, it was quickly served, hot and tasty. Everyone was very friendly, the hostess and the waitress, especially Bailey. Bailey was very attentive to our needs, took our orders, kept our drinks filled and let us welcome. The view is mirror-image of Lake Chesdin and the overall experience was perfect for a dinner with friends. I recommend The Landing.

We went with a party of 10 with the boat and had a WONDERFUL time. Fast, friendly service, tasteful food and a pleasant atmosphere. Live music added to the ambience. The crab dive was very creamy and cheesy, the fish was very crispy on the outside, but soft and flocculent on the inside, PERFECT! like the spicy tartaric acid sauce. The Mike Burger was spicy and delicious. A member of our group ordered the carrot cake, the slice was HUGE! We'll see you soon.

6 pm closing on Sunday, not 7 as per Google and Facebook, we showed up at 540 pm, waitress pointed to handwritten sign on door saying closing at 6 pm, the manager then said it's OK we can seat you. Then the waitress rambled off a bunch of things that they were out of, we ended up with 4 burgers and a hot dog, they had burgers and chicken and fries, that seemed to be their menu Sunday evening. Food was good, views were excellent.
