Wendy's - South Charleston

On 12/27/23 arrived at 9:40am to find the menu board had not be setup or breakfast. Had to ask if it was being server, order taker was speak super soft and being near the road it is hard to hear. Ordered new Muffin sandwich with small potato wedges. Once again my bread is just room temp. Was not heated or toasted. You can do better than that!!! My potato wedges had past the timer on hold times and was room temp too. Again Pride here please. No energy or smile at window, and when I was leaving the dinning room doors was locked as I saw a man with a walker was trying to coming it. Remember customers pay your paycheck No customers No paycheck. Pride

Waiting 15 minutes for fries and the wrong drink when there were 8 employees in the store, no customers, and nobody else in line.

Average on most things, above average on a few things, but I can't get a vanilla frosty to save my soul! They keep changing it up to mint, peach, strawberry, etc...I JUST WANT VANILLA!

I visited 11-1 and the fries were cold the mini stack was dried out and the nuggets were tuff very disappointed at the quality of the food on this night

Came here for lunch, waited over 15mins to get my order taken. On top of that, the pop machine in the lobby was down, and it took another 5mins to get them to give me a drink because of that. Overall horrible experience. (PS, the fries were cold)
