Bidra med feedbackI was supposed to pick up two cookie cakes for $100 for my son and his friend that placed 3rd in nationals. I paid to have the cake fully iced. The girl called this morning to confirm order which made me excited that they were going to do them right. I was supposed to pick them up at 1pm. They called at 2 bc I hadn't showed up yet. I get there alittle after 2 and they had the one cake done and it wasn't fully iced and then they realized that they hadn't even made the second cake. I know people make mistakes but it was $100 and they didn't offer to give me a refund or anything. I was just trying to do something special for my son and friend and then the second cake he iced it white on white. Was just really disappointed in the way they handed it. My advise is pick up your cake way earlier than you need it if you use this location.They called the next day the manager called and took responsibility for the situation not being handled correctly. She told me she was deeply sorry. I appreciated them acknowledging that it was not done right and some of my money being refunded.
So my cookie was great. However, I got a snicker doodle, and while it looked like a snicker doodle, it really just tasted like a sugar cookie.
I’m not at all happy with this cake. The mermaid looks like a five year old did it!!! I’ve been getting cakes here for over 15 years this will be my last!!!
These Douchebags took an order from me knowing that they were not open the next day. They took my order and charged me know that they could not complete my order. I showed up to get my order and they were not opened. It was an order for Mother's Day, which is not something I can do on a different day. What a sorry bunch of shitbags!
Let me start off by saying the lady that assisted me with my issues at this location was super apologetic and helpful. It was not her fault and she definitely seemed upset that it happened. Onto the story, I called to order a cookie cake for a friend's b-day party the next day. I go to pick up the next day and my cake wasn't there. After they did some looking through orders, they went to the back and found my order in the back somewhere. Whoever I made the order with the day before did not place it in the correct spot for them to see it. They told me they had no sheets baked and that it would be at least an hour wait until they could bake and decorate a new cake. Since the party I was attending was starting in a couple minutes this was not really an option for me. Again, the lady was very apologetic and provided me with a refund. However, even when I was there observing none of the staff were dress appropriately, no hair nets were being used, and half the staff were just sitting around doing nothing. I ended up going to the other location in the mall that was able to decorate a cake for me within 10 minutes. The people at that location (in the food court) were super nice and had a dress code and the location was a lot cleaner. I will be ordering from them in the future.
