Starbucks - South Bend

Every time I come to this Starbucks it takes an unreasonably long time, way longer than any other location. Today I got in the drive thru line and there were only 3 cars in front of me, and I waited for 15 minutes. That's just ridiculous

For $5 bucks a coffee, I don't expect to wait but that's exactly what happened. I get that even starbucks is short staffed but 10 minutes before they took my order is a bit much. It's just one more reason to pass.

Well-trained, pleasant employees that know that they can sell you vanilla syrup.

I asked for light ice and they literally gave me only ice very disappointing as I wish I could’ve enjoyed my drink took only a few sips and it was done

I was charged (mistakenly hopefully) an extra .75 for half and half in my iced coffee. If you're charging extra for all of the added milk including half and half at least post a sign.
