Panera Bread - South Bend

I placed a mobile order for a craft coffee to be ready at 6:15 the next morning. I received a notification that my order was taking longer than expected. Two employees apologized for the delay. At 6:40 a.m., the manager brought out my order. I informed him that it was supposed to be ready at 6:15. The manager thanked me and walked away. I usually get coffee from Panera at my workplace and everyone loves it. I have never had any issues at the Mishawaka location, so I will continue going there instead of the South Bend location in the future.

There was no cash at the desk. we were forced to use the terminal (not a really friendly layout). we ordered our food after some changes, as the place is from dead. at the beginning september in indiana should be no one from tomato. I ordered the special sandwich of the $11,99 cook, not much there for the cost. to round it, it tasted after the taste in the mouth. I have eaten in many panera’s about the years, not impressed by the current business model they have here. filz there was little worth for the $28 I spent. I think I'll look for a better value in my future eating, not panera.

I had a negative experience with the manager at this restaurant when I asked for help locating a reservation. He was very rude and disrespectful towards me. However, the other employees were extremely friendly and had great attitudes. It is because of them that I would consider returning to this establishment.

On Monday afternoon here stopped and a long day on the turnpike. as with panera apart, there was a sortiment of fresh items, and also customized pick 2 options. While the place was very busy, with many local customers, we used the self-service kiosk to speed up the dinge. we could get an outside table, and our meal was ready in short order. quality was with other paneras, which is a good thing, as their meal times are usually quite fresh.

The food is mediocre and tastes okay. It's a barely decent Panera. The locations on the tollway are better. The interior is not as nice as the previous one. The manager is friendly, but overall, the service and quality are subpar compared to other restaurants in America.
