Bidra med feedbackBeautiful sushi that tastes great! You have everything you eat sushi for $20 a person that includes special roles! It's a KILLER deal. My problem with this place is that they only have 2 big waiters. Everyone treats you as if you were an inconvenience for her. I love the food and will be back, but the staff makes it harder to come back.
Walked in, sat down the plates were dirty, the entire restuarant was empty they still put us with another group. Didn't let us change the salad too a seaweed salad, so we just got another salad told them not too even bring the other salad, pork dumpling were cold had too ask them too warm them up!
First and foremost, they overcharged my credit card by $60 and since the phone number they have listed on line doesn’t work, I’m going to have to drive back in to address it. It took forever just to get our soups and our food took about 45 minutes. The staff has no idea how or interest in running a restaurant. The waiter disappeared frequently and never checked on us. There was only one other table filled while we were there. They admitted to us that they only have one sushi chef, even when it’s busy. I have no idea how they think they can serve an all-you-can eat sushi only menu when only one poor guy is making everything. The sushi was pretty good and we found the all-you-can-eat sushi dinner to be worth it. When it finally came. I was excited to try this place but I won’t be going back.
Me and my family really enjoyed going to East Side Tokyo and the service was always super friendly. The last couple of times we went though I could see the lack of customer service and the quality of food drop. The last visit we had was terrible. Was asked if we were ready to order, but never given any menus. When we asked for menus we received a harsh look. Never asked if we needed a refill and when served food it was cooked and not done cooking. I believe it was the manager who apologized and gave us a new batch. Another incident.. we called to reserve for a party if 11 at the grill and still had to wait an hour to be seated. The attitude from staff has made me never want to step foot inside again.
Went here with my son and waited over 20 minutes just to be greeted by our waiter. I saw him looking at us multiple times when he was not busy, but continued to ignore us. The waiter did not even ask what we wanted to drink when he finally came to the table. I ordered my son’s food and he did not even ask what I wanted. He literally grabbed the menus out of my hand and walked away! I had to call him back to tell him I needed to order my food, and that we also needed drinks. I ordered the bubbling iced green tea and he brought me water. I kindly told him I ordered the iced green tea. He came back with hot tea and left before I could even tell him that’s not what I had ordered. It then took 38 minutes for our food to come. We ordered the salmon sushi meal and California roll meal. We were brought the appetizer. Once again, he left before we could tell him this was not our meal. We had our appetizer and someone else brought us the bill. The waiter then proceeded to come and stand right next to me waiting for me to pay. This was a terrible experience and even my 8 year old son was upset. I will say the small amount of sushi we did get was good, but the service was terrible!!!!
